If you haven’t seen it, the title is a bit deceptive. It’s a crime/police thriller that came out in 1989 and stars Al Pacino. The movie has a good, steady build-up to a solid ending. I thought that I had the plot’s central mystery figured by around the half-way point, but it still surprised me in the end.
